I Want to Make Something Beautiful

The toughest thing about creative work is being able to consistently pump out high quality work without it getting stale, feeling bored, or getting burned out. The reason I think I’ve seen so many once-great designers stagnate is burnout. Designers get used up and spit out like they’re disposable. I’ve personally tried to steer clear of being put in situations where I needed to constantly pump out creative work. As much as I love it, you have to pace yourself and the past few months have already burned me out pretty bad. I didn’t get into this business to be someone’s tool. I got into this business because I want to make something beautiful.
